Returns

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and returns cost us money and ultimately increase the price of the coffee.  For that reason and others we adhere to the following policies:

  • Within 48 hours of email invoice receipt: You may cancel your order without penalty by sending an email to info@pacha.coop.
  • 3-14 days after email invoice receipt: any invoiced order cancelled will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • We no longer accept cancellations after 14 days of receipt of email invoice.
  • If the coffee is flawed, then please let us know within 60 days. Flawed coffee does not mean, “I don’t like it.”
  • Prepaid subscriptions cannot be refunded.
